Tenderloin with dried tomatoes

Tenderloin

Meet my great way to quickly, juicy and soft tenderloin with dried tomatoes in the simplest cream sauce. This is a recipe even for people who cook little.

Ingredients for Tenderloin

  • 1 very large pork tenderloin – about 600 g
  • 100 g of dried tomatoes from oil
  • 150 ml cream cream 30 % – room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons of oil or oil from a jar with dried tomatoes
  • Three garlic cloves, approximately 15 grams
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce or half a teaspoon of salt
  • Spices: flat spoon oregano, half a teaspoon of pepper

Tenderloin with dried tomatoes

Step 1: Prepare the tenderloin

Clean a large pork tenderloin (or two small) of possible veins and fibers. Cut the meat into thin slices, across the fibers, and then mix with a tablespoon of dried oregano, half a flat teaspoon of freshly ground pepper (white or black) and three tablespoons of dark soy sauce. Put the prepared tenderloin on the countertop for about 20 minutes. At this time, it is worth preparing the rest of the ingredients.

Tip: You can prepare veal tenderloin the same. Instead of sauce, you can give half a teaspoon of salt. Part of the oregano can be replaced with thyme.

Step 2: Fry meat + garlic

Heat a large pan with a thick bottom. Add about four tablespoons of oil or oil (oil from a jar with dried tomatoes). After a while, put the entire chopped tenderloin. Fry it for 10 minutes at a fairly high burner power. Spread slices of meat with kitchen pliers all the time. The tenderloin should get gray. After this time, add three cloves of garlic to the pan. Reduce power to a slightly lower than average and stir the contents of the pan.

Step 3: Add tomatoes and cream

Not later than two minutes after adding garlic, pour out 100 ml of 30 % cream into the pan (there may also be cream for soups and sauces 18 %). Cut 100 grams of dried tomatoes from oil and also add to the pan. Mix the whole at low burner power for two minutes and turn off.

Step 4: Serve as you like

To the ready -made tenderloin you can add a bit of grated Parmesan cheese. Pecorino or Gana Padano cheese and freshly ground pepper and herbs will also work: parsley, thyme or even mint.

Tenderloin with dried tomatoes taste great with potatoes in every form, with groats, pasta or a slice of fresh bread.

Enjoy your meal.
