Strawberry Cheesecake

Inspired by travel in Eastern Europe, hairy motorcycles give the Polish strawberry cheesecake an accent with strawberries with vodka.

Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake

  • 50 g/1¾ UNZ flour
  • 5 eggs on a free extent, beaten

  • 100 g/3½ strawberry ounces
  • Strawberries 200 g/7 ounces, by half

Instructions to Prepare Polish cheesecake

For strawberries, pour the vodka into a large bowl, add sugar and vanilla bean paste. Stir in strawberries and leave to infusion for about 4 hours.

Heat the oven to the fan/gas 180 ° C/160c 4. Fundnatically deep butter 23 cm/9 -inch spring can.

Meanwhile, break the cookies in crumbs in a kitchen work or put them in a bag and throw in a roller. Mix salt and cinnamon. Then add the butter. Mix well and pack evenly in a prepared baking box. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave for cooling.

In a bowl, beat cottage cheese, double cream, lemon juice and skin, powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, cornfield and eggs.

Strain the strawberries of vodka with a sieve, booking strawberry juice. Fold strawberries to a cheesecake mixture.

Pour the mixture based on bishop. Cover the bottom of the baking box with two layers of tin foil and place in a deep baking can. Pour boiling water to get about 2 cm/¾ bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the cheesecake is browned at the top and simply cooked. Set aside to cool completely, preferably at night.
