Polish mistakes are a great appetizer loved by everyone, especially men. Serve these fleshy, cheesy delights on the day of the game! To use later, place the topped bread on a cake sheet in the freezer for 1 hour. After freezing, the slices can be stored in freezer bags.
Ingredients of Polish mistakes
- 1 pound of slim ground beef
- 1 pound of sausage
- One teaspoon of ground onion
- 1 pound of processed food cheese, cubes
- One teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 ½ tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1 pound) rye bread cocktail
Instructions for preparing Polish Mistakes
Heat a broiler.
Place the ground beef, sausage and onion in a large, deep frying pan. Cook on medium heat until the meat is evenly brown and the onion is soft. Strain the liquid.
Mix processed cheese food, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Stir kept until the cheese is melted.
If the bread is not chopped, cut it into thin slices. A spoon of about one tablespoon of a mixture on each slice. Place the slices in one layer on baking sheets.
Illlapse slices for 10 minutes or until lightly brown the cheese and bread toast.
