Chicken teriyaki
First, prepare the teriyaki sauce.
Use 300 grams of teriyaki sauce to prepare at least one kilogram of chicken breast meat. You can buy ready-made sauce in the store; it is often offered in glass jars. However, I suggest using my proven recipe for the perfect teriyaki sauce.
In step two, roast the sesame seeds.
In your free time, it is worth baking light sesame seeds. The recipe calls for about 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds; however, I suggest baking it extra and storing it in a jar for use in other recipes.
So fill a dry pan with at least two teaspoons of light sesame seeds. To lightly brown them, bake them for a few minutes on the lowest burner setting. To ensure that the sesame seeds roast evenly, rotate the pan several times. When ready, pour into a small dish. Roasted sesame seeds can be added to your meal in any quantity.
Step 3: Cut the meat into slices.
Two large chicken breasts (at least 600 grams each) should be cleaned of veins and cartilage, and then cut into pieces at least 2 cm long.
Step 4: Mix the meat and sauce.
Heat a large, thick-bottomed frying pan. Add two teaspoons of olive oil or other frying oil, then add the chopped chicken breasts. Immediately pour all 300 grams of teriyaki sauce over the meat (you can optionally add less sauce). Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat for about five minutes. More sauce will be produced, but it will not be as thick because the meat will release its juices.
Step 5: Add chives
Fry everything for a maximum of 8 to 10 minutes or until the chicken pieces turn golden brown. Finally, sprinkle with a generous portion of finely chopped chives.
Step 6: Serve with vegetables and rice.
Serve teriyaki chicken with your favorite rice. Roasted sesame seeds should be sprinkled throughout the dish. If you want your food to be a little spicy, add some ground chili or chili flakes to your plate. Additionally, it is a good idea to cook the broccoli separately.
Enjoy your meal..
